Alma Joyce Faye Gunter, known to friends, family, and colleagues simply as Faye, brings a diverse professional background and a genuine passion for helping others into her real estate career. Originally from South Carolina, Faye relocated to Florida at the age of 18, first settling in Orlando before making South Florida her home by the age of 20. Over the years, she built extensive experience in the medical and wellness industries, working in neurodiagnostics, anti-aging medicine, skincare, and aesthetics for more than 15 years. Alongside her work in wellness and beauty, she also gained valuable exposure to the real estate world through commercial property prospecting, development opportunities, and finance-related transactions.

Now entering an exciting new chapter, Faye is fully dedicated to residential real estate and committed to building a successful career serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout South Florida, with a special focus on the Pinecrest community she proudly calls home. Although she first earned her real estate license in 2017 and successfully completed a home sale at that time, her primary professional focus remained in the aesthetics field. Today, with years of business experience, strong people skills, and a deep understanding of property value and client relationships, she is bringing her full attention and energy into real estate with a fresh perspective and a client-focused approach.

Outside of her professional life, Faye enjoys embracing the South Florida lifestyle through Pilates, morning workouts, and spending time outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather. She has a passion for baking, cooking, entertaining, and creating meaningful moments with friends and family. A devoted animal lover, she also adores her three cats.
